The melody is infectious and beautiful…and the lyrics are eerily sweet (and those lil black angel wings rock).

Apparently it’s on the Punisher soundtrack, but unfortunately I have not yet had the chance to see the movie (Yo ****, where’s my DVD man?!?)

Amy Lee’s voice has a quality to it that makes it truly unique and the fact that she knows how to use it is truly spectacular. Her vocals definitely set her apart from many of the female artists in this genre. The timbre in her voice makes it perfect for those haunting love songs – depending on how you listen to them. For those of you who are wondering who Amy Lee is anyway – she’s the chic from Evanescence.

Oddly enough, this song reminds me of something from my past although I cannot put my finger on it – maybe from a previous lifetime (or maybe I’m just that sappy) – an athem for lost love…
