Amazon is really bringing laziness (or convenience) to new levels with their gourmet foods (beta) section.

When I was looking to purchase some washing soda online which returned the result of “Gristedes Supermarket of New York” and then thought to myself…hmmm…if it’s a supermarket, then they may have other supermarket type stuff, so I clicked around and wouldn’t you know it - they have just about anything a regular supermarket may have :D.

HA! No more driving 2min 30s down the street to grocery shop anymore, woo and hoo. They even have my water crackers and mangos (sucks cuz they don’t have my hard dough bread though).

I have been waiting for this day for so long - the heavens have finally shined upon me. I can now become a bonafide hermit - not that my friends/family would actually let me though (but I’m sure gonna try).

I wonder if Amazon can make a success of this despite the failed attempts by Publix and now Winn Dixie.
