Shedding A Few Pounds
Well, I admit it. I looked in the mirror and realized my ass has grown to massive proportions. Now, I wouldn’t mind having a J.Lo booty, but mine is just straight up ghetto booty…sooooo, my weightloss challenge begins.
I want to lose 30 pounds and get back in shape before New Year’s Eve, because the last thing I want on my New Year’s resolutions is ‘lose 30 pounds’.
I’m going to use my blog as my motivation, updating each week with the amount of weight I lose. So far I’ve been super good about my diet and excercise - no more lazy ******* moments for me
- and it’s great incentive for me to pry myself away from the computer.
Tips? Suggestions? They’re always welcome…

I highly recommend the eating and lifestyle changes found in the book: French Women Don’t Get Fat. I’ve instituted a few of the changes and feel tons better. The pounds have come off slowly (only 3 lbs so far), but my erratic travel schedule doesn’t allow for a lot of the changes I’d like to make.

My husband had very good success in the past with Dr. Abravanel’s Body Type Diet. He lost about 28 pounds in 2 months, by only follwing the diet for his body type. He didn’t exercise at all, so if you are willing to exercise, you’ll probably do even better. I did a search online for Dr. Abravanel, and found this website: http://www.bodytypes.com/

I think this will really help me get motivated to actually GO to the gym and eat right.
