If you’re like me, you may just end up laughing. I especially love the complaint department and “the rules” — but be warned, it’s not for the faint of heart.

For a minute there I thought you were the writer of the rules. You weren’t-were you? It made me laugh just the same- but. I wish I was as direct and to the point sometimes.
