Leaving On A Jet Plane
I’m really starting to like the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport. You get free wireless internet access while you wait :).
For some strange reason, not that I’m complaining or anything, it only took about 10 minutes to breeze through the security check point and now I’m about an hour and a half early for my flight to Orlando.
By the way, I’m heading to Orlando for Affiliate Summit. Honestly, it still hasn’t even sunk in yet that I’m getting ready to depart. I’m not even sure I packed everything I need…oh well, I guess if worse comes to worst, I could just buy whatever I need when I get there.
As always, I will try to take plenty of pictures and post them whenever I can.

Teli, I hate it! You get to travel to all these neat conventions and I am stuck here at school…and what is it with these conventions all being in cities that have guys in them that I want to see again / meet….where is the next one and maybe I can make it there??
By the Way…Check out my blog for news about my Blog-a-thon preps

Hey Trisha,
No reason to be upset, there’s always next year :). My going was actually a last minute decision when I was offered a free pass.
Since I was local, I just hopped on a plane and went up.
I know, right? Geeks are hot.
You should have been to PubCon Boston…the guys there were…damn. I think it had a lot to do with Boston being a college town though.
Well, the next Affiliate Summit is in January…don’t know if I’ll be going to that one though.
The next conference I plan to attend is PubCon Las Vegas which is in November.
I’d really like to go to the WordCamp meet up in San Francisco, but don’t know if I can justify the one-day 3,000 mile trip.
We’ll see. If you do decide you want to attend one of these conferences and ever need a roomie, just let me know and we’ll see what we can work out.
